CALMVILLE AIR · CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE

Terms of Service

Effective 2026-08-22. Operated by Tickets to Calmville, California, United States.

1. What this is

Tickets to Calmville is a free novelty service. Calmville Air is a fictional airline. A "ticket" is a web page and, optionally, an email; it is not a ticket for travel or for any good or service. We do not guarantee that a ticket is delivered, opened, or stays available, and we may hide or remove any ticket at any time.

2. Who may send

You must be at least 18 years old to book a ticket. Do not name a child under 13 as a passenger.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the names and note you submit. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display them on the ticket page and in its link preview, to show initials and region on the homepage departures board, and to keep them for as long as the ticket exists, so that the service can work. You confirm that you have a reasonable basis to send a ticket to the person you name, and that the names and note are not defamatory, threatening, sexual, hateful, private facts about someone, or an impersonation.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harass, threaten, or humiliate anyone; to send tickets to someone who has asked you to stop; to impersonate anyone; to post private information about another person; to send spam; or to evade the hourly limits or other protections by automation or by varying names.

5. Reports and removal

Anyone can report a ticket from its page. A ticket is hidden automatically once enough different people report it, and we may hide or remove any ticket at any time, for any reason, without notice. Our decisions about content are final. See Support to ask for a ticket to be removed.

6. Email and texting

If you choose email delivery, one email is sent to the address you give, at your request, through our delivery provider; you are the sender of that message. "Text it yourself" opens your own messaging app with a message prepared; the text is sent by you, from your phone.

7. Not medical or mental-health care

The breathing exercise and the "flight" on a ticket page are entertainment and relaxation features, not medical, psychological, or crisis care, and nothing on this site is advice. We never receive the words a reader chooses during the exercise; reaching the end of it marks the ticket "boarded", which the departures board shows with initials only. The support resources listed on ticket pages and on our Support page are provided as a courtesy and are run by others. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911 or your local emergency number; in the United States you can call or text 988.

8. Tips and refunds

Tips are a voluntary gratuity for the free ticket service already provided; they do not change, unlock, or speed up anything. Amounts are in US dollars (USD) and are processed by Stripe on Stripe's hosted page. Because a tip pays for a service already rendered, tips are generally non-refundable. Duplicate charges, mistaken amounts, or tips you did not authorize are refunded on request: email sam@ticketstocalmville.com within 30 days with the Stripe receipt number, and the refund goes back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. The charge appears on your statement as TICKETSTOCALMVILLE. If something went wrong, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. The amount and currency are confirmed on Stripe's page before you pay, and Stripe's terms apply to that page.

9. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months or ten US dollars. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under California law, including liability for fraud or willful injury.

11. Your responsibility for what you send

If someone brings a claim against us because of names or a note you submitted, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in California.

13. Changes

We may change these terms. When we do, we update the effective date at the top and keep a short note of what changed on this page for 30 days. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

14. Notice to California residents

California residents may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210. The provider of this service is Tickets to Calmville, PO Box 841, Blue Lake, CA 95525, sam@ticketstocalmville.com. This is a free service; no charges apply to its use.
